We are proud to announce that the law firm is growing again. We are excited to welcome back Elisabeth Duesler, who will be focusing her practice on consumer bankruptcy and debt relief in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Further, we are equally excited to welcome Amy Gullifer to our firm. Amy will also be focusing her practice on bankruptcy in the areas of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Both Elisabeth and Amy have a deep breadth of experience to draw upon. Elisabeth has practiced in the area of family law, civil law and even prosecuted cases. Amy has represented individuals and classes of consumers to enforce their rights under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, federal Truth in Lending Act and other state consumer protection statutes. They join the founding partner, John Cannizzaro, in helping people seek financial guidance and protection.
